Privacy guide
What the site receives when you use it, and what we do with that information. You can look up a company without creating an account.
What you can do here
Ticker Filings shows figures that US companies report in public SEC filings. Search by a ticker or a company name, then open the annual or quarterly page. The site does not ask you to sign in, and it does not offer a brokerage account or a live quote.
What a visit sends to our server
Opening a page sends the usual request details: the page address, the time, your IP address, and the browser you used. We use those details to run the site and to look into errors. We do not build an advertising profile from them.
A search sends the ticker or company name you typed, so we can find matching filers. Search suggestions are requested from this site, not from an outside service. We use the text to answer that search. We do not sell it, and we do not attach it to an account.
Cookies and advertising
Ticker Filings does not set a cookie to remember you, and it does not run a third-party analytics product.
Company pages can show advertisements from Google AdSense. The home page, search results, this guide, and the contact page do not. When an ad is shown, Google may set a cookie and use your IP address to measure that ad and to choose which ad appears. Ad personalization can be changed in a Google account and in the browser. A search is not sold, and it is not attached to an account.
Fonts
The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives your IP address. That request is separate from your search.
Where the figures come from
Company figures are read from the SEC’s public EDGAR system. Our server makes that request. We do not send your name or email address to the SEC. A company page can also link you to the filing on SEC.gov; that visit is between your browser and the SEC.
If you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, a topic, and a message. We send that message to our mailbox so we can read it and reply. We use your email address only to respond. We do not sell contact messages or use them for advertising. If delivery to the mailbox fails, we keep a copy in the server log so the message is not lost.
Before a message is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person sent the form. Cloudflare may receive your IP address and browser details for that check. We send Cloudflare the check result, not the text of your message.
