About Ticker Filings

A free, independent lookup for the financial statements and filings US public companies submit to the SEC.

What the site does

Every public company in the United States files its financial results with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The filings are public, but they are long documents, and the structured data behind them is hard to read without software. Ticker Filings reads that data from SEC EDGAR and lays it out as plain tables: ten years of annual figures, eight quarters, segment splits, earnings release dates, and the full list of filings.

There is no account to create and no paywall. Search by ticker or company name, or browse every company.

What it is not

Ticker Filings is not a brokerage, a live quote service, or a source of investment advice. It shows what companies reported, and how we calculated a few common measures from those reports. Before relying on a number, open the filing on SEC.gov; every company page links to it.

How the numbers are built

The methodology page explains each calculation: how quarters are separated from year-to-date totals, how trailing twelve months are added up, and what free cash flow, net cash, and each ratio mean.

Who runs Ticker Filings

Ticker Filings is built and run by a small independent team. We are not a financial firm, a data vendor, or part of any company shown here. The people who write the code also check its output against the original filings and read every message sent through the contact form.

When a reader reports a wrong figure, it is compared with the filing on SEC.gov. If the error comes from how the site reads the data, the fix goes into the code, so it corrects every company with the same problem, not only the one reported.

Independence

Ticker Filings is not affiliated with the SEC or with any company shown here. The site is supported by advertising on company pages. Advertisers have no say in what figures are shown. The privacy guide explains what data a visit sends.

Corrections and questions

If a figure looks wrong or a company is missing, send us a message or email contact@tickerfilings.com. Include the ticker and the line, and we will check it against the filing.
